Payment Options

You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit, debit card or "Care Credit" at the time of treatment. We also submit insurance claim forms to most major dental insurances.  We are not contracted to any insurance companies.  This allows us to keep our fees uniform for all patients.  We offer discounts to senior citizens and for check payments in full.  To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (206) 524-5700 .
